2. Framed print: the high-quality frame and mat are included in the price. Choose the frame colour, then select "Con passepartout" (with mat) or "Senza passepartout" (without mat). Without a mat, I will adapt the artwork to a full-frame layout and place the mat behind the print for possible future use.
3. Unframed print: choose "Bordo bianco" (white border) or "Immagine intera" (full-surface image). The border is created graphically for the selected size.
4. Canvas: the hanging hook is included, supplied separately and not pre-installed. You can fit it or hang the canvas directly from its inner stretcher frame.
5. Personalisation fields are optional. Leave irrelevant fields blank or select "Non applicabile" (not applicable). If a required production choice is missing, I will contact you through Etsy Messages before production.

FRAMED PRINT
The frame, made with high-quality materials and finishes, is already included in the price. It is not a basic accessory, but a well-crafted decorative element of genuine value, selected to protect and enhance the print. A mat is always included as well.
Select "Con passepartout" or "Senza passepartout". With the latter, I will adapt the artwork to a full-frame layout and place the mat behind the print so you can keep it for future use. For Canvas or Unframed print, select "Non applicabile".
UNFRAMED PRINT

IMPORTANT NOTE ON COLOURS, MATERIALS AND NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS
The images represent the product as accurately as possible. Colours and shades may nevertheless vary slightly because of screen settings, print medium and finish. Paper and canvas absorb and reflect colour differently; room mockups remain illustrative.
For canvas prints, the inner stretcher is made from natural wood and may show grain, knots, slight irregularities or small colour variations, particularly on the back and other non-visible areas. These natural characteristics are not defects unless they affect the product's stability, function or front-facing appearance.
Every item is inspected before packing. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges these normal and limited colour and material variations, without prejudice to any rights provided by applicable law for damaged, non-conforming or defective products.

The seller does not directly receive complete payment card details. Those details are managed through the payment systems provided by Etsy.

Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary to manage the order, provide assistance and meet any legal obligations.
Information contained in tax and accounting records may be retained for up to 10 years, or for any different period required by applicable law. Italian law provides for accounting records to be retained for ten years.
Files and content supplied for customization are retained only for the time needed to complete the order and manage any later requests, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to protect a right in the event of a dispute.
7. International transfers
Because Etsy and some service providers may operate in countries other than the buyer's country, some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Such processing will be carried out in accordance with applicable law and the safeguards adopted by the parties involved.
When an order is delivered abroad, the information required for shipping may be disclosed to the carrier and to the customs authorities in the destination country.
